MUST BE OVER 25 to RENT: The condo association has an age requirement of 25 and older to rent. If you do not meet this requirement, you will not be able to proceed with booking or reservation. The person renting must be staying at the property through the duration of the visit. NO SMOKING: This is a non-smoking vacation rental, which includes inside the unit and outside in the common areas, this includes e-cigarettes. Evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarette or cigar smoke inside the home by the cleaning crew is sufficient basis to charge the renter for smoke cleanup and removal.
